We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Size issues (exchange only, subject to availability)

Exchange Policy:
Customers can request a size exchange within 7 days. Exchange will be processed based on stock availability.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • After inspection, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
